League Information

What is a league?

A league is ten-pin bowling where teams compete against each other over a season, usually 32 weeks. Teams typically consist of 3-5 players that meet weekly, for a set number of weeks or matches. Leagues can be casual and social, or more competitive, and may offer prizes or awards once completed.

What types of leagues do you offer?

During the summer, we host a Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday league.

Monday league is an unsanctioned 9-pin no-tap league, where knocking down nine pins on the first ball of a frame is considered a strike, regardless of whether a single pin remains standing. Each week you pay $10 for league lineage.

Tuesday league is a ten-pin handicapped league, consisting of four man teams. Handicap is a numerical value determined by a bowler’s average, that aims to level the playing field by providing a competitive advantage to lower-average bowlers. Each week you pay $22 for league lineage, with $11 going into the prize fund. At the end of the season, the accumulated prize fund will be split according to rank.

Thursday league is a tournament-style, handicapped no-tap league where you bowl on a one man team. In this league, you will accumulate points based on the rank you have at the end of the night. Each week you pay $25 for league lineage, with $12.50 going into the prize fund. At the end of the season, the prize fund will be distributed based on points acquired throughout season.
